A wickedly accurate spoof of schools programming circa 1980, which comes complete with faded film stock, naff music and patronizing graphics. Everyone begins the game as a 1st level Human with NO Class (heh-heh) and via cards, they acquire Races (Elf, Dwarf, etc.), Classes (Thief, Wizard, Cleric, etc.), Items, Armor, Potions and more that they use to combat hideous monsters like the 4th level Undead Horse, the 10th level Net Troll and the 14th Level Unspeakably Awful, Indescribable Horror (very nasty, indeed). The object of the game is to reach Level 10 and levels are acquired via the slaying of monsters and the selling of acquired treasure (1,000 Gold Pieces equals 1 Level). Very silly and a lot of fun!

Christine Pellar-Kosbar Why do Yoga? Because it feels great. It feels great while you're doing the postures and afterward (it often feels much like you do after a massage). Just as you stretch in the morning to wake up--and it feels good-- you can stretch and relax muscle groups in yoga classes to feel good. Yoga is about being focused, present in the moment, present in the body, and completely accepting of the body as it is now. Hedonism is the pursuit of pleasure of the senses. There's an amazing overlap there--come and see.
Christine Pellar-Kosbar Straps, blankets, bolsters, blocks, foam noodles, fabric bags filled with flax seed, and PVC pipe covered in carpeting--all of these are now being sold as yoga "props", in other words: toys. Com see why. In this class we'll set up a couple of restorative (supported) postures, ad we'll play with the props.
