Date/Location:

ConClave will be October 6-8, 2006.  It will be held at the Crowne Plaza Detroit Metro Airport, 8000 Merriman Road, Romulus, MI. For reservations, call (734) 729-2600.

Price/Type:

Your first table is $75 and includes one (1) membership.  Additional tables are $40 each, with a maximum of four (4) for all dealers.  Tables are 6-feet long, and a membership must be purchased for each person staffing the table.  Please let us know the name of the person receiving the included membership.  If there are any left over tables, they will be rented to any interested parties, with book dealers having first preference.

Room Specs:   

All tables can have electrical access, if needed; please inform us in advance if you need it.  If you have extension cords that you can bring, please do so.

Memberships:   

Memberships are $40.00 per person, through Labor Day, 2005. We will be $45.00 at the door.

Policies:   

There will be NO dealing allowed out of sleeping rooms.  Dealers must sell out of the Dealers’ Room.  Due to popular demand, the majority of merchandise in our Dealers’ Room must be science-fiction- or fantasy-oriented.  Please, no firearms or other weapons. While we realize that religious images are a part of many tables, we do not permit religious or political proselytizing.   

No bladed weapons may be displayed or sold in the Dealers’ Room!  This is convention policy and will be strictly enforced.  Also, NO boot-legged materials may be sold out of our Dealers’ Room!  Only legally franchised or manufactured records, tapes, videos and other materials will be allowed.

If this is your first time at ConClave, please let us know what type of merchandise you plan to sell.  This allows us to lay out the room.

Dealers who do not abide by ALL these rules will not be invited back next year.
