Art Show Forms
From here, you can print the various forms used with the Art Show, and submit them with your artwork. First, let's start with the Rules and Procedures.

If you are having someone work as an agent we have a form for that!
Next we have two sets of forms:
Type I:
These forms allow you to type in your information on the web page, then
print. If you have questions on your Rules and Procedures while filling
out the forms, there is a link available at the bottom of each page for easy
referral.
Type II:
Flat pages of just the forms- print it out and handwrite your
information
Otherwise, the forms are identical.
We prefer the Type I Forms; but if for some reason your computer doesn't handle these kinds of forms, just print the Type II Forms and fill 'em out!

We've got a a home that will be able to accept your mail in art up through Thursday October the 7th.
If your art arrives by October 1st, our pre-con art show mistress has agreed to enter your information so your art will be checked and ready to hang as soon as it arrives on site. Any later than that, she guarantees nothing because law school is too hectic.
There will be someone to sign for art rather than having it simply left out in the cold. Our mail in address is:
